Southwold

 

• Southwold is a charming Suffolk Heritage Coastal town. The town offers much of interest, much associated with a traditional seaside visit of times gone by.  All the attractions of the working lighthouse, award-winning pier, busy harbour, and of course the beach all combined to make Southwold a quintessentially English resort town.

 

Framlingham Castle

 

• Framlingham Castle is a well-preserved Norman fortress in Suffolk, notable for its impressive 10.5-meter-high curtain wall and 13 strong mural towers, surrounding an open space once home to inner buildings. It served as a powerful symbol of Norman conquest, a baronial residence for the Earls and Dukes of Norfolk, and was the site where Mary Tudor was proclaimed Queen of England in 1553. Today, visitors can walk the spectacular wall-walk, explore the castle's nearly 1,000 years of history, and enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding countryside.

  

Aldeburgh

 

• Aldeburgh is a picturesque Suffolk coastal town known for its long shingle beach, fresh seafood, and cultural heritage. The town offers a charming High Street with independent shops and Georgian architecture, a well-known fish and chip shop, historic buildings like the 16th-century Moot Hall, and vibrant cultural events throughout the year.  

 

New Beach Hotel **

 

Situated in Great Yarmouth’s most central location, the New Beach Hotel is in a prime position on the seafront opposite Britannia Pier and adjacent to the shops and resort amenities.
